  • Can I change to another service?
    You are required to attend the service you have booked your ticket for. If you would like to attend another service, you will need to cancel your original ticket and register for an additional ticket.
  • When do I get my tickets?
    E-tickets will be sent out immediately upon registering, an email will appear in your inbox with the ticket attached.
  • Do I have to book a ticket online or can I turn up at the event and get a ticket?
    We encourage you to book your ticket early to ensure a seat, we will allow people to come the night of without registering but they will be seated 10 minutes after ticketed guests have had the door opened for seating and will be on a first come first serve basis.
  • Will seating be allocated or can I sit with my friends if we haven’t booked together?
    Seating arrangements for Christmas at Creative this year will be general admission so you will be able to pick your seats on a first come first serve basis when you get to the venue. We will have family seating areas available for families with children to ensure a good view and allow us to film the event with minimal distractions on camera.
  • Can I bring my kids?
    Christmas at Creative is for the whole family, so we encourage kids to enjoy the show with you. There will be kid’s programming running on the night for ages 0-5. Kids 5 years and older are required to register for a ticket to attend the main service; children under the age of 5 will be attending our kids' program in a secure and safe environment. There will also be a parent viewing area available with a live feed for parents with small children who are not wanting to place their children in childcare. This room is inside our Nursery Room and will view the service via video.
  • I have not received my e-ticket, can I just turn up on the day?
    Each attendee will need an e-ticket using the eventbrite app or a printed ticket to get access to the venue. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you have not received your ticket and we can resend you your confirmation.
  • I’m a volunteer, do I need to have purchased a ticket for both services?
    You only need to be registered for a service if you are planning to attend it and utilize a seat in the auditorium. You must make sure your team leader knows which service you are able to serve at.
